Keep in mind: Windows Server SQL User or Device CALs (Client Access Licenses) does not have to be registered/activated in the system. You just have to keep track of the invoice/license numbers that we sent you by email, to be compliant with Microsoft licensing regulations and in case Microsoft decides to do a Software audit / License check. The SQL server license itself is not included in this product.
Digital product – Licensing ID and Authorization number are emailed after purchase.

DIGITAL DELIVERY:
All our products are delivered digitally via e-mail. You will receive a product key, download file and installation and activation instructions. Most products are delivered within 1-5 minutes. Some products must be delivered manually and can take up to 1 hour to be delivered.
You can also access the product you have purchased via My Account:
- Go to “My Account” by clicking on the upper right corner of the web page: “Hello, [your name]”.
- Click on “Orders“. Find the correct order ID and press “SHOW” at the far right under the heading “ACTIONS”.
- On the order page you will find the product key and download guide (some products will only be assigned a download guide via e-mail).
IF YOU CAN’T FIND THE PRODUCT KEY:
If the product key is not listed on the order page or in the order confirmation, this will automatically be sent to you by e-mail within one hour from the time of purchase (Monday – Sunday 10am – 11pm (UTC+2)).
If you did not receive the product key after two hours, please contact us.
